STEP 1:
Pending
approval, a copy of your Tax ID Certificate will be required along with a
$50.00
Reservation Fee paid to secure reservation.
(Check will be cashed)
STEP 2:
Read and
sign the Facility Usage Agreement. Return to church office at least 10 days
prior to reservation date.
STEP 3:
$200.00
Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit and Hourly Usage Fees minus the $50.00
Reservation Fee will need to be paid at least 10 days prior to reservation
date.
STEP 4:
Enjoying
your event on your assigned reservation date.
Church liaison will be present to assist your activities.
STEP 5:
Clean up. Clean up will be provided and a $75.00
Cleaning Fee will be subtracted from your $200.00 deposit. Your clean up fee can and will be waived if
you have previously stated you would be responsible. The assigned liaison will confirm clean up
is adequate.
