Facilities Usage Information Pack

The building’s mission is to provide for the spiritual welfare of the people, to serve the community by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and to promote the advancement of Christ through education and or discipleship.

Though we are not in the "business" of rentals, we are happy to reserve our facilities for non-profit organizations. We charge a usage fee for the purpose of recovering expenses that the church incurs from usage including, but not limited to, wear and tear, utilities, and custodial services. We provide this as a not-for-profit service to our community.

To reserve church facilities for non-profit organizations, please complete the following:

  1. Review our Facilities Usage Agreement. You must agree to its terms, and a signed copy will be required for all reservations of church property.
  2. Call the church or come by to check for availability and or make a reservation.

Key Points About Reserving Building Resources

·        With few exceptions, such as weddings, no reservations will be confirmed beyond 30 days of the date of the event.

·        A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of scheduling and is credited against the balance.  If the church cancels the event, then the entire amount is refundable.

·        A $200 damage/security deposit and final balance is required at least 10 days before the date of the event.

·        A staff liaison must be present. He/she is responsible for Church facilities and is a contact point for your group.

·        All reservations must be staff approved.

Post Usage Clean Up

You will be required to pay a $75 clean up fee.   This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.   If you choose to clean the facility after the usage time is complete, and the liaison approves that the facility has been returned in the same condition as prior to the usage, then no clean up fee will be charged.
