How to Request a Building Reservation for a Special Occasion
Step 1: Reservation requests are limited to non-profit organizations.
Step 2: Review and retain a printed copy of the following:
Facilities Usage Information Packet
Church Facility Request For Reservation
Step 3: Before you can continue with the next step, you must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in our Facilities Usage Agreement.
Step 4: Complete our online Church Facility Request for Reservation. Your request will automatically be emailed to us.
Step 5: After we receive your request, we will contact you. Please feel free to call us at 972-216-9440, but allow at least 48 hours for the request to be received.
